When I am not diving into a cheese board or coffee ice cream I tend to lean on the healthier side. I make it a point to be intentionally active at some point every day – no matter how big or small. I want to use this page to put any home workouts, tips & tricks, and meals that can help someone look and feel better than they did yesterday.
