If you have not been to CRU Wine Bar on 2nd Street in Austin you have to drop what you are doing and go. Sunday Brunch here is what stole my heart – or more so my stomach. They have the most beautiful plating style, various charcuterie boards, and the best stone fired pizzas. Every once in a while they have BOGO brunch and it is the most insane deal. You get 2 chef crafted entrees for the price of one with $3 mimosas – I mean it really can not get any better. I had one birthday here and I swear I will never birthday brunch/brunch in general anywhere else.

We brought Tore here and between the 3 of us, we got 6 entrees (paid for 3) + 2 on the house (because they have the coolest staff out there S/O to my boys Ray & Jack) and it was a delicious feast.

Our go to date night menu items are the personal pizzas, which are typically BOGO, the pear gorgonzola (add prosciutto) & the butcher which is their fancy meat lovers.

If you have not been to CRU get your booty over there and tell them Danielle sent you! They also are a chain so they are in a ton of huge cities like Atlanta, Dallas, and Denver, but I swear the Austin 2nd Street location is the best!
